Grand Antiques Art & Design

During a weekend in September, Liljevalchs is filled with art, design and antiques. Thirty-one antique dealers from the Swedish Art and Antique Dealers Association exhibit selected works, from antiquity to current contemporary art.

The fair was founded at the Grand Hôtel, hence the name Grand Antiques which also alludes to grandiose antiques. Then it has taken place at the Nordic Museum, Millesgården and most recently at Skeppsholmskyrkan / Eric Ericson Hall. This year, the fair will be held at Liljevalchs and with more exhibitors than ever.

Over the past few decades, 20th century design has become increasingly prominent and the number of antique dealers specialized in the field continues to increase. To clarify that Grand Antiques holds more than classic antiques, the fair name is changed to Grand Antiques Art & Design.

Art, design and antique dealers who participate are Antikwest, Berglöfs Antique Store, Bowallens Antik, Edelstam Art and Antiques, Sylvia Enget Esteten, Déjà vu Antik, Fahlnaes Art Trade, FA Antik, Gallery Agardh & Tornvall, Gallery Claes Moser, Gallery Frardberg , Galerie Donner, The Yellow House, Helms Antikvitetshandel, Hoffmans Antikhandel, Jacksons, Jan-Erik Öhgren Antique Store in Brösarp, Knutsson Antique and Art Store, Lars Lindgren Antique & Books, Larssons Konsthandel, Lorenz B.
